I am a mother, and organizer, and an immigrant from India. I have over 6 years of professional experience in Politics and Project Management. My areas of expertise are Program Management, Constituency Organizing, Distributed Organizing, and Progressive Messaging. I have five cycles of experience in building coalitions with communities of color through grassroots and grasstops organizing.

Created a distributed calling and texting plan. Recruited and trained 2,086 volunteers out of which 492 volunteers completed more than 2 shifts. Managed and trained two staffers and 27 volunteer leaders to lead the implementation of the distributed statewide calling and texting program. Helped increase the direct voter contact by 110%. Closely tracked percent to goals and organizational health and improved processes. Managed out of state political relationships. Created a distributed organizing plan for the AAPI constituency group, recruited and trained volunteers (60% of them being first time organizers) to organize in their communities, ensured cultural competence. Monitored performance of the volunteer team to make improvements to the organizing systems through regular data audits.
